"Get Out" and "Stranger Things 2" Publicity Campaigns Win Top Honors at Publicists Awards

The International Cinematographers Guild (ICG, IATSE Local 600) has announced nominees for the 55th Annual ICG Publicists Awards to be held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Friday, March 2, 2018. More than 900 industry leaders are expected to attend this year’s luncheon, which traditionally occurs the week leading up to the Academy Awards.

Hollywood legend Betty White will be honored at the 55th Annual International Cinematographers Guild (ICG, IATSE Local 600) Publicists Awards with the Lifetime Achievement Award. The luncheon will be held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on March 2, 2018.

The International Cinematographers Guild said today that its 55th annual ICG Publicists Awards will be handed out Friday, March 2, at the Beverly Hilton. Nominations will be announced in January.

The Publicist Awards Committee will be selecting nominees for the Maxwell Weinberg Publicists Showmanship Award for Television on Thursday, Nov. 9. 

Marking its 21st year, the ECA competition has come of age, drawing another capacity crowd to the DGA venue and set to go on tour with screenings and award ceremonies at the SVA Theatre in New York City on October 29, at SCADshow in Atlanta on November 5 and at The Logan Theatre in Chicago on November 12.
