In light of the tragedy that took place on the set of Rust in New Mexico that led to the death of beloved Local 600 member, Halyna Hutchins, the members of the IATSE Local 600 Safety Committee recommended that Local 600’s National Executive Board adopt the following resolution regarding the use of firearms in our industry. The National Executive Board endorsed the resolution unanimously.
