Late today unions representing 14,000 cast members atDisneyland,DisneyCalifornia Adventure, Downtown Disney and the Disney hotels announced their members had voted to ratify new three-year contracts with Disney.

It was getting a little too close to the deadline for comfort, but theTeamstersand the studios have a deal. After a long final sprint of talks that had more than a few executives andlaborleaders on edge,Teamsters Local 399announced just before midnight Saturday that the Hollywood Basic Crafts and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers reached an agreement.

Following a virtual meeting Monday night with nearly 100 casting assistants, the group is officially moving forward with a NationalLaborRelations Board election. The unionannounced the intent to representthem in April.
