ICG Magazine is going live on Instagram (@theicgmag) Wednesday, June 9, 1 pm (PST) / 4 pm (EST), with Oscar-winning Writer/Director Barry Jenkins and Oscar nominee James Laxton, ASC in ICG Magazine’s new Instagram series: Short Take. 

Hosted by ICG Magazine Executive Editor David Geffner, the discussion will explore the pair’s long-time creative partnership, the latest of which, Amazon Studios’ 10-part dramatic series, The Underground Railroad, represents a zenith in emotionally-driven, socially-directed filmmaking. Jenkins and Laxton’s other collaborations include the Oscar-winning features Moonlight and If Beale Street Could Talk.
